Breath Therapy & Emotional Release at Middle Path

Breath Therapy is a powerful technique during which you will experience Release and then Peace. This technique has also been known as rebirthing or breath release work.

I have found that many cases of disease have their roots in emotional trauma or mental attitudes. These often increase the levels of stress and tension in life as well as handicapping or even destroying people's coping mechanisms.

This dual assault on your wellbeing will, in time, create conditions within the body which foster dis-ease and dysfunction paving the way for damaging and even life-threatening condition to arise.

I find breath work a very effective technique for promoting awareness of the issues causing the condition. At the same time, an invaluable opportunity to re-assess your feelings or attitudes about those issues will present itself. Altering your understanding of the events or situation which contribute to your condition will encourage a deep and wholistic healing which will positively benefit every aspect of your life.

I am available to support you with your first breathing sessions. When you have released your major issues or blockages, you will be able to use this practice by yourself whenever the need arises.



Ultimately you breathe yourself, I will support you throughout your sessions, in a very safe and caring environment which is crucially important for you to achieve the most from your breathing.

My many years of experience and training, will support you privately or in a group situation with your breath therapy. You will be guided through your release intuitively and without major trauma.

The process you will learn is one that will allow you to transform your life positively, through awareness.

A series of sessions are recommended, how many depends on how easily and willing you are to release your issues.

It is vital that you and I develop trust together, this will accelerate your growth and increase the benefit you get from your sessions.

When you complete your session, it will help your process by discussing your experience and whatever insights you gained.

At your first breath therapy session you will be asked about your birth, your early family relationships, and what your intent or desired outcome is. I will explain what may happen, to give you an understanding of the Breath Therapy Process.
