No wonder the time has flown so fast, for quite some time now we have been working 14 hour days getting our latest CD "Secrets to Living a Quality Life" finished as well as reviving "Journey to Slimness". I am tickled pink with them, not only have I gotten the message out there that is so crucial, but the background music and water sounds that Fergus mixed in the guided relaxation are great. Our Surprise Visitor (for us - a miracle!)

Our surprise visitor - a miracle considering the distance it has had to travel through dog-infested flatlands We had a surprise visitor at our bedroom door at midnight a few weeks ago and after the initial shock of the thumping and scraping noise we were thrilled to see a koala bear trying to climb our bedroom glass and timber door. It was climb, scratch, thump and he continued this for some time, and he couldn't get it through his head that the door wasn't a tree. I rang friends and they gave me the number for the koala refuge centre who said the koala was out and about looking for a mate. Well I suppose it is springtime. Fergus put out the lights and found a large tree limb and wedged it between the dog kennel and then shone a torch on it and the koala soon saw it and climbed up the branch and was quite happy there for some hours and then went away.

Here are some photos we took of this wonderful creature that is fast becoming another endangered species. He was surprisingly quite timid (until Fergus attempted to pick him up!).

Amongst the 4000 trees that we planted on our property thank heaven that there is a good food supply for the koala. We certainly welcome him to our wildlife sanctuary.

It is so good to see that the weeds that grow around us are not pests but wonderful nutritious none genetically engineered powerful edible and medicinal vitally powerful life force plants. Who needs processed vitamins and minerals with this source available just outside our back door? Nature knows best what we need and it certainly pays to get back to basics.

Missing Link may be cause of Cancer

The effects of B17 Laetrile which is found in apricot kernels has been profound for cancer cases but B17 has been banned because of its cyanide content. Apparently the cyanide is only released in the immediate neighbourhood of cancer cells so that it effectively eliminates the cancerous cells It is illegal to purchase apricot kernels.

Amazing how all the good stuff gets banned.

Could it be that it is because there is such a billion dollar business in cancer. Other foods rich in B17 are flaxseed, buckwheat, millet, berries, corn, crab apples, lupine, lima, navy and mung beans. Lentils are a very high source of B17 as well as alfalfa and clover. Our clover and native grasses have been tampered with taking out the B17 which the lack off in our diets may be the possible missing link causing cancer. Make sure you eat the seeds from your fruits.

Recipe of the Month

APRICOT ICE CREAM

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoons sesame tahini
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons pectin
  • 3 cups pitted apricots
Directions

Blend all together. Blend again when nearly frozen. Freeze again. Consume. Start again - well ot really but when something this good is this easy to make you'd have to be firm not to!

16th October, 2003, High Court, London: The ANH (UK-based Alliance for Natural Health) has mounted a legal challenge to the Food Supplements Directive Ban on the sale and manufacture of Vitamins and Minerals.
