Even the wildlife has come in out of the wet
Even the wildlife has come in out of the wet

Warmest Greetings from Middle Path

We hope that you are settling into the New Year with loads of energy and a spring in your step.

Middle Path has been extremely wet for some weeks and we are having a challenge with our internet connection.

Fergus has been bailing out the telephone pit and drying out the connections with a hair dryer - its a lo-tech solution to a high-tech issue!.

We welcome another new grandson Eddie Alf Vecchio to Edain and Justin in Melbourne, we are now blessed with a total of 6 grandchildren.

The Pursuit of Happiness - what can you do?

The “new” field of Positive Psychology has - at long last - seen scientists of the psych discovering that there is a connection between mind and emotions. It may come as news to some that our thought can affect our feelings - something that sages have been telling us for thousands of years.

Anyway - now it is apparently official and we have compiled a list of eleven things which will take your level of happiness higher.

They are all essentially free demonstrating - yet again - that money can’t buy you happiness!

Sugar can decrease growth hormone (the key to staying youthful and lean).

Sugar feeds cancer.
