The Privacy Policy covers all personal information we hold, that is, information or an opinion, about an individual, whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from that information or opinion. This includes information we have collected from people through our clinic, over the phone and through the Internet via this website.

We are also very aware that the nature of the information we request through our online consultation service, is extremely sensitive and demands the utmost in confidentiality. For this reason we treat all the information we gather through our online consultation service as sacred and we will not divulge any of it without the express permission of the owner and provider of that information. Just as we do with client's details obtained in our clinic at Middle Path.

When we collect personal information from an individual, we ensure that we do so in a fair manner and we let the individual know where and how to contact Middle Path. We will only collect information necessary for one or more of our functions or services.
