Physical products, such as CDs, will be shipped via Australia Post or International Post. Once the item is lodged with these businesses or their agents their conditions and times will prevail. Cost for shipping is included in the listed price of the product and includes GST for Australian residents.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always a possibility, but Middle Path Online will do its best to ensure late deliveries are as infrequent as possible.
Returns
CD Return Policy
Returned CDs which we find to be defective will be exchanged for the same CD title. We are unable to cover the cost of returning the defective CD to Middle Path Online but we will pay for posting the replacement CD to you.
Downloaded Software returns
We do not offer any refund or exchange for software purchased and downloaded from our webshop.
